Our clients - ranging from ambitious startups to leading enterprises are based mainly in the Nordics and Western Europe. Having built a team of nearly 70 talented professionals, we’re now entering an exciting growth phase, with a strong focus on expanding our presence in the Swedish market.
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join forces with our founders, strengthen client relationships, and help us win new, impactful projects.

As the Sales Executive, you will:
- Work closely with the Founders and leadership team for direct support and a smooth onboarding experience
- Identify and engage new B2B leads in the Swedish market
- Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients
- Manage the full sales cycle - from outreach to securing meetings with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with the tech team to tailor solutions to client needs
- Support pre-sales activities, RFPs, and client onboarding processes
- Represent the company at industry events (both digital and onsite)

What are we looking for? 🕵️♀️
- Experience in selling IT services (e.g., software development, consulting)
- Strong knowledge of the Swedish market and business culture
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales (we’ll be keen to hear about them during the recruitment process)
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken), enabling you to build strong business relationships with clients
- Someone located in Sweden, with strong connections and insight into the local business environment
