Rate: 130–190 PLN + VAT (B2B) per hour.
Location: Fully remote (Poland) 🌎 or Łódź (Poland)
Your everyday playground:
- You will be building rich, interactive ad creatives and video-centric UI components in React, with a strong focus on performance and responsiveness.
- You will be designing and expanding Node.js/Next.js APIs to power a dynamic content feed.
- You will integrate with external services like VOD platforms or Apple TV to handle video streaming and third-party content.
- You will contribute to experimental features like 'Tinder-style swiping', shortlists, or personalized recommendation feeds.
- You will manage user data and preferences (e.g. watch history, identity) via MongoDB and headless CMS integrations.
Tech stack:
- React, JavaScript, Tailwind, CSS, Node.js, Next.js
- MongoDB
- Headless CMS
- Cloudflare (deployment and hosting)
- Using lightweight coding agents or AI-powered tools for data handling or automation tasks.

What are we looking for? 🕵️♀️
- A strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Next, and Node.js.
- Fluent English - previous experience handling conversations with clients in English is essential.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.

- You’re a proactive problem-solver - someone who spots opportunities for improvement and acts independently on them.
- A mindset ready for constant adaptation.
- We expect clear, straightforward, and respectful communication - it’s a key part of how we work together and something we actively look for during our conversations.
- At least 4 years of commercial experience.
Nice to have:
- Experience with video-based platforms (e.g., streaming, content optimization, Mux, VOD integrations).
