About the product:

Join a small, dedicated team of our client, operating in stealth mode. Its mission is to build the ultimate AI-driven business platform for a massive, underserved market. This is a unique opportunity to help extend and support a product with a completely new AI-first architecture.

There is a working prototype. This is not just an idea - it’s a live project ready for you to help extend and support our vision.

  • Frontend: Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
  • Backend: Next.js / Server Actions, API integrations / PostgreSQL, Vector DB
  • Monorepo: pnpm, Turborepo, shared UI components
  • Voice/Chat/AI: Web Audio, Media Streams, assistant integrations, Tool calling, text


How we work & what we offer 🏡

We’re remote-first: work from wherever you like in Poland, or drop by our Łódź office whenever you feel like it ☕

Rate: 130–190 PLN + VAT (B2B) per hour.

Your everyday playground:

  • Build and ship polished, performant UIs in React 19 and Next.js 15
  • Own features end-to-end: from data fetching and server actions to routing and UI
  • Contribute to and evolve shared UI components and design system
  • Work on cutting-edge, real-time voice/AI experiences and streaming interfaces
  • Collaborate closely with the team to make product and technical decisions
  • You’ll be working with a seasoned team, including a lead engineer who spent over a decade at Apple

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years building React applications with modern hooks and component architecture
  • Strong Next.js experience (13+), including App Router and Server Components
  • Solid TypeScript skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code
  • Experience working with shared UI libraries and design systems
  • Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team where autonomy is a key
  • Being product-minded and value-oriented

Bonus points?

  • Curious about how AI tools (LLMs) can shape the future of user interfaces.
  • Working on real-time UX: streaming UIs, Web Audio, or conversational interfaces
  • Experience integrating AI/assistant-driven features
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization and scalable design systems
